Warm Your Soul
Investing in a sauna is an investment in your personal well-being, offering a dedicated space for regular relaxation, stress relief, and physical recovery right in your own home. Beyond the immediate health benefits, a well-built sauna can also enhance your property's value and provide a unique amenity for years of enjoyment.

Traditional vs Infrared
We create beautiful versions of both.

Traditional Sauna Heating (Convection/Conduction)
This is the classic Finnish style, where a heater (most commonly electric or wood-burning, but sometimes gas) heats rocks. These hot rocks then radiate heat into the air, warming the entire room. Water can be ladled onto the hot rocks to create steam, increasing humidity and providing a "soft heat" known as löyly. This results in high ambient air temperatures, typically ranging from 150°F to 200°F (65°C to 95°C) or even higher.

Infrared Sauna Heating (Radiant)
Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas use special infrared emitters (panels) to produce infrared light waves. These waves directly penetrate and heat your body, rather than significantly heating the air around you. This allows infrared saunas to operate at lower ambient air temperatures, typically between 110°F and 140°F (43°C to 60°C), while still inducing a deep sweat and offering therapeutic benefits.
